Happy Holidays ~ Glad Jul ~ Happy Hannakah
Buon Natale ~ Happy Kwanzaa ~ Feliz Navidad
Frohe Weihnachten ~ Maligayang Pasko ~ Merry Christmas
However you say it, just say it! Personally, I would love to hear it. And the more ways it's said, the better. To me, it means 'We're all in this together so I wish you joy and peace.' Whether we are Christian, atheist, Muslim, caucasion, disabled, homosexual, democrat, or a Steelers fan -- we all inhabit the same space so let's practice honoring each other and letting go of judgment.
Buon Natale and Happy Kwanza!
Just say it however you say it and hear it with an open heart.
We're all in this together so I wish you joy and peace.

you have no time
Ever so slowly the gentle hands move
on the clock which never stops ticking.
Time travels on with some wind and a song
like a whisper feels softly as kissing.

According to many philosophers, poets, and teachers, TIME simply does not exist; but rather, the more consciousness we bring to the present moment, the more abundant and fulfilling our life is right now and will continue to be.
You have everything you need for complete peace and total happiness right now. (Wayne Dyer)
Nothing has happened in the past; it happened in the Now. Nothing will ever happen in the future; it will happen in the Now. (Eckhart Tolle)
Life gives you plenty of time to do whatever you want to do if you stay in the present moment. (Deepak Chopra)
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet to come. We have only today. Let us begin. (Mother Teresa)
How did it get so late so soon? (Dr. Seuss)
Okay, here we go... sit comfy, close your eyes, expand your abdomen when you inhale to the count of 5 then let it all go on the exhale to the count of 7. Go ahead and do it now. Eyes closed, inhale 5 then exhale 7. I'll wait.

See? Who needs time when we have moments?
All we need to do is practice staying in them.

change?!
As said by the Greek philosopher, Heraclitus... "The only constant is change." What did he know?! He lived almost 3000 years ago! So many of us are resistant to change. But why?! Some say they find comfort in routine because it represents stability. Stability of what?! Most of us fear risks and favor patterns. So we stay where we are and rarely experience anything new. Have you found yourself answering the "What's up?" question with "Same 'ole, same 'ole"? I challenge you to answer differently. I challenge you to change... grow... evolve... go deeper... reinvent yourself! And I ask you: can you handle the challenge?
